If sustainability and making more responsible choices is at the top of your agenda, inspire the next generation to become eco-conscious with the new Kids Dinnerware Collection from British cutlery specialist, Viners.
With sustainability in the home being such an important issue, this colourful new range uses recyclable materials to create the ideal alternative to plastic tableware.
Each set features a matching plate (21.5cm), bowl (400ml) and mug (300ml), and is made from 45% bamboo fibre and 30% corn. All the materials are biodegradable and will decompose when put into composting conditions, helping to promote a waste- free environment.
Bamboo fibre brings with it a wide range of benefits for families large and small. It’s highly practical for little ones to use thanks to its durability, and won’t break or crack easily if dropped on hard floors or tiles. Plus, the material is incredibly lightweight, making it perfect for little hands to hold while they master the skills of feeding themselves. Odour- resistant, the sets will withstand daily use and will not stain easily even when serving colour rich foods.
Each dinnerware set matches the existing children’s cutlery available from Viners, and has been designed with little hands and mouths in mind. Make mealtimes fun with the cute design of Bertie Bear, the fun Fairies Set, or the animal-inspired, colourful Jungle Set. RRP £12 per set of three pieces.
