KICK START the Christmas festivities at the Arc…

The line of up of festive fun planned to take place at arc shopping centre this Christmas is sure to put a smile on everyone’s face.

The Christmas festivities are being kicked off on Thursday 17th November when arc shopping centre will be joining the rest of Bury St Edmunds and turning its Christmas lights on.

Christmas just wouldn’t be Christmas without the amazing spectacle of Christmas Lights throughout the town, so expect lots of sparkle and cheer as the seasonal celebrations truly get underway.

This year arc will be introducing a brand new red and white festive lighting scheme with all new lights and more than ever before, it’s going to look truly spectacular.

The night is set to be packed full of fun for all the family with a free Santa Shy and Hook a Present for visitors to partake in, plus the popular Rodeo Reindeer is returning with the person who stays on the longest winning £50 to spend in the centre!

But it doesn’t end there, Lisa Jayne’s Sweet Bus will be in the arc and giving the first 100 people a free candy cane courtesy of arc shopping centre. In addition the Jessica Barber Academy Of Dance will be adding some sparkle to evening with performances throughout the evening.

The activities in Charter Square will be taking place between 4pm and 8pm, with free parking from 4pm and the stores staying open late so that you can get a head start on your Christmas shopping.


The light switch-on is just the start of arc shopping centre’s Christmas line up, there is lots more in store for arc shoppers including the annual Christmas Fayre from the 24th to 27th November.
