Concept and how we did it

We felt our kids bedroom should be a chic one, so with the help of Sophie Allport furnishings and Graham and Brown wallpaper we turned this into a safari themed room.

Once again we waived bye bye to the yellow and used yes… our faithful neutral (Farrow & Ball – Shaded White).

1. The Bed

Every kid loves books and a sleep over so this bed and mattress set from Bed Guru ticked all the boxes and came in a beautiful dove grey. It also has a trundle bed which pulls out for another extra guest. They also provided the hotel style duvet and pillows.

2. The Theme

Our safari theme was inspired by the Graham and Brown wallpaper. We then added in a tiger wheely bug ride on from Hippy Chick and large stuffed Giraffe!

3. Little touches

To celebrate it was a kids room we added bunting from Ickle Bubba Safari Collection as well as a nappy mat, and filled our book shelf with Roald Dahl and Winnie the Pooh books.
