The new Assure collection features a modern knife shape with an innovative new blade design.
Created in response to rising knife crime statistics and new Government legislation, the new Assure collection offers a square shape, eliminating the tip of the knife to make it safer to use without compromising on performance.
With a similar shape to a Santoku knife, the new Assure collection is made of high quality stainless steel and features ergonomically designed, soft touch handles for ultimate comfort with a black non-stick coating on the blade to reduce cutting friction.
