Buy Or Make Some Weights
Lifting weights is one of the most popular exercises for people to do at home, and it isn’t hard to see why. If you have a couple of fitness DVDs that you received in the past as unwanted gifts, now might be the perfect time to break them out and actually give them a go.
Many people find that following a guided fitness routine is much more effective than trying to work things out for themselves. Just make sure that you don’t overdo it and dive in at the deep end, as this is a sure-fire way to injure yourself.
