Mini First Aid, the multi-award-winning brand delivering truly engaging first aid courses to parents and families, is thrilled to unveil the launch of its two-hour online course.
With the current global Coronavirus crisis, Kate Ball, mum of six and Founder of Mini First Aid wanted to offer parents an easy option to complete the two-hour first aid course from the safety of their own home. The invaluable course has been developed by Mini First Aid in partnership with an E-learning platform, who are First Aid Industry Body recommended.
The course has been developed so it is interactive, it also confirms understanding and tests learning – making it truly engaging. Once complete parents feel confident in the knowledge they’ve just learned.
Like the award-winning practical classes, the online course covers CPR, Choking, Bumps, Burns, Breaks, Bleeding, Febrile Seizures & Meningitis Awareness. The course can be paused or returned back to, which will be perfect if parents are distracted or called away by their little one.
“Logins received and away we go!
The on screen course was really easy to follow – especially as there is audio assistance – you can have everything read to you whilst going through it.
It took us less than an afternoon to complete the course, however, because it is online you can stop and start at your own pace!
It covered everything from baby and child CPR to cuts, burns and injuries.
There are quizzes along the way, so you can test yourself!
In order to receive your certificate at the end you have to complete a quiz.
The course gives you added reassurance, we feel we know an awful lot more than we did before about how to deal with baby and child first aid.
We’d recommend any parent new or not to take the course!”
