You may have seen part one of our Industville feature [if not you can view this here > part one Industville].
Our editor Rachel Ducker talks about her experience with the brand when making over her home next up – her dining room…
My Dining Room…
“Now that we have finalised the lighting for the bedroom it’s onto the dining room.
When choosing your dining room lighting, there’s not only the style to consider but practicality too. Is your space big enough for a statement light? How bright should the light be?
A pendant (or a few pendants) will focus light over a dining table or worktop, while a flush style suits smaller spaces.
I love the three pendant look, it creates a real centrepiece for the room, so this is what I want to create.
I was so impressed with the solutions from Industville for my bedroom I continued to use them for other areas of my home – there is something for every room.
They could offer me lighting solutions that could become the stand out feature of my rooms and ones that were fully customizable.
So after lots of research, the purchase of my dining room table, and measuring up the space and where everything would be placed I found these beautiful dome lights.
Small enough to have three spreading across the dining room table area.
Whilst these are similar to our bedroom pendants the domes are changeable! So although the fittings remain you can change up the look.
You can personalise this product by choosing from an array of Pendant Holder finishes.
The Dome Pendant also has a matching Brooklyn Wall Light in 8 Inch and Flush Mount available in 8 Inch and 13 Inch, meaning your interior design can remain consistent throughout your spaces.
We selected two of these to finish off the darker spaces in the room, which could also be used separately.
The Dome Lights are versatile products that can be used almost anywhere and will complement both classic and contemporary décor.
I can’t wait to see them all up on the wall. As before we have made these dimmable to create the atmosphere we want at various times of the day.
I chose Industville because they had the look I love, mixing the industrial with the retro / classic. After now receiving the lights the quality of the products are second to none and I just can’t wait to see them up in the room.
Stay posted for the main makeover feature coming at the end of August and for my next post on living room spaces”.
